CONFLICT INTERVENTIONS

Organisations often scramble to respond to conflict when it arises. Conflict management policies and processes may be non-existent or outdated, or there might be problems in implementation and follow-through.

‘EMERGENCY’ INTERVENTION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

I will champion you to develop and implement the intervention or management plan that you need right now for challenging workplace relationships or personnel situations.

MEDIATION SERVICES

I will initially coach the parties to deliver a clear conversation, through developing skills and resilience in dealing with workplace challenges, and then facilitate a confidential conversation to reach a workplace behaviour agreement.

ONGOING INTERVENTION SUPPORT

With increasing personal responsibility and liability for maintaining a healthy workplace, it is imperative to have fair and reasonable processes, and clear conversations to ensure all impacted by conflict are treated with respect and dignity. I will work with you to design a process of intervention and conflict management that supports your managers and staff to build a healthy, productive, communicative workplace.

These one-on-one coaching sessions support increased self-awareness of the impact of trauma and acceptance of personal contributions to workplace culture. The coaching is designed to give individuals a powerful ‘voice’, build confidence and momentum and build capacity for individuals to influence the next stage in their own workplace story.

FACILITATED TEAM PROGRAM

Group sessions draw on the skills, goals and aspirations uncovered in the coaching. Together, we develop a collaborative workplace behaviour agreement, with an emphasis on building personal and team resilience and accountability for team performance.
